Why it existed
A small automobile dealership needed a simpler way for customers to request quotes from their phones.
The friction it answered
Customers did not always know which service path they needed. The app had to make it easier to ask for help without first understanding the dealership's internal categories.
What was built
An iOS app that guided users through common quote requests and routed the enquiry more clearly.
What it left behind
An early commercial mobile project where I learned about mobile app design, especially how small screens force the request flow to be simpler and more focused.
